Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 June 2026 · Governed by UK GDPR & the Data Protection Act 2018

The short version

We only collect what you choose to send us through our enquiry form, and we use it for one thing: to reply to you.

No cookies. No analytics. No advertising trackers. No selling your data. You can ask us to delete everything at any time.

01Who we are

This site is operated by AMORPHOUS (“we”, “us”), a digital studio run as a sole trader based in Manchester, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.

02What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form on this site, we receive:

We do not use cookies, web analytics, advertising trackers, device fingerprinting, or any third-party scripts that profile you. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

03Why we use it & our lawful basis

We use the information above for a single purpose: to read, respond to, and follow up on your enquiry, and to keep a record of that correspondence.

Our lawful basis under Article 6(1)(a) of the UK GDPR is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form before sending it. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us — this won't affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

04Who it is shared with

We keep your data to ourselves wherever possible. To run the form and the site, we rely on two trusted processors who handle data on our instructions:

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards (such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or equivalent standard contractual clauses). We never sell your data or share it for advertising.

Formspree and Netlify are the only third parties that process your data. We do not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking providers.

05How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only as long as we need it to deal with your request and for our own legitimate record-keeping, after which it is deleted.

Concretely: we retain enquiry data for the duration of our working relationship and for up to 24 months after our last contact, after which it is permanently deleted — unless we are legally required to keep it longer.

06Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

07How to exercise your rights

Email hello@amorphoustudio.pro with your request and we will respond within one month, free of charge in normal circumstances.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, or call their helpline on 0303 123 1113.

08Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes affecting existing enquiries will be communicated directly where we can.
